Pam Hogg’s extravagant perspective on the world is still alive and making waves. This season she introduced us into the ironic world of beauty pageants for dogs.
The models walked on the electropunk vibes of the DAF’s music showing off their medals and bows, as a good pet would do. There was an explosion of colour, voluminous hats and hair. All these were saying ‘look at me!’, ‘I am better than the rest’. In a way showing of your medals is the same as posting your best pictures on social media to get the needed attention.
